If you make use of our Managed Services solution, we will be keeping constant track of your VPS and all the processes running on it. That way you will have more time for your sites or web applications.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Plan is not the simplest job in this world. You will either have to use a different server or your home PC, or utilize a third–party solution. We offer a much easier option with our Managed Services offer. We will create a full backup of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be worried about losing critical information. Plus, we can restore a backup copy really fast. All the backups are retained on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a virtually infinite set of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software applications. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which allows you to ask any of our professional sysadmins to install and configure any software app and to fix any problem you may have with your VPS server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an add–on for our KVM VPS Plans.
